GENERAL INFORMATION

Most locations are now shipping as normal, however we do currently experience deliverability issues shipping to Republic of Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Finlaid, Switzerland and Australia. As such we currently cannot ship to those locations (in addition to any countries under legal sanctions)

We are working on solutions for these locations and apologise for the inconvenince caused.

European Union

Please be aware that there are occasional issues with delays at customs which are beyond the control of ourselves or our delivery partners. As of November 2022, we are seeing delays particularly in the European union, though the order does arrive after approximately 14-21 days.

We are working hard to provide a better solution to our customers in the European Union, and hope to have some announcements around this in the coming months.

Promotion: FREE UK DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £100

All retail orders that have a product value of over £100 will be shipped to a UK address within 1 working day. All EU orders are now £15.

Please note, this can not be used in conjunction with other sales or promotions (such as 3 for 2 or referral discount code deals)

ORDERS TO THE USA

Orders to the USA can be delivered via DHL for £20. Unfortunately we cannot send to Armed Forces addresses or PO Boxes. Please get in touch with [email protected] if you require delivery to a PO Box or Military address for an up to date quote.

REST OF THE WORLD

Worldwide orders are shipped either by DHL or through Royal Mail, depending on the destination, the rate is £35

ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 1PM SHIPPED THAT DAY MON-FRI

All orders (both UK and International) processed by 1pm Mon-Fri excluding Bank Holidays will be shipped that day, all orders after this time period will be shipped the following working day at 1pm. If this is not possible we will give you plenty of warning in advance on the website and/or via our Email.

CHANGING DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER DISPATCH OR LEAVING IN A SAFE PLACE

Some of our delivery partners may allow you to change the delivery address or to select leaving with a neighbour or in a safe place after dispatch. We do not recommend or support this method of delivery. We only support signed-for door to door deliver. If you decide to still request a parcel redirect, leave with neighbour, leave in safe place or similar change to delivery, we cannot support you through delivery delays or other problems with shipping, including lost parcels - so please be aware you use this at your own risk and any related issues must be sent directly to the delivery partner.
